The Transformational Leadership Programme, will guide your organisation through times of challenge; by supporting leaders at all levels with the necessary skills and strategies to successfully drive change within their respective organisations.
All participants will undertake an EQ-i 2.0 Leadership assessment two weeks prior to attending the programme. They will be introduced to the practices and principles of Emotional and Cultural Intelligence, which will further enhance their learning experience.
Objectives: To provide a (w)holistic programme for leaders at all levels and industries, enabling them to develop and obtain new skills to further enhance their knowledge, skills and competencies.
